Osceola County Engineer

The position of Engineer requires an Iowa licensed professional engineer. An excellent benefit package is included including health insurance, IPERS retirement plan, and paid time off. Osceola County is located in NW Iowa and is adjacent to the Iowa Great Lakes Area including East/West Okoboji and Big Spirit Lake. Duties:

The engineer plans, coordinates, assigns, and supervises all engineering work and construction work performed by the secondary roads department. The engineer also prepares and lets contract documents for projects and prepares an annual budget and manages office staff. Good communications skills and the ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with county personnel, contractors, vendors, and the general public.

Location: Sibley, IA - Osceola County

Wage: Salary range is $90,000 to $105,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
