101 W 1st Street, Sanborn IA 51248 712-729-3255The primary role of General Labor is to safely follow all production and quality standards, while assembling 640 cheese blocks. This job will monitor different positions throughout cheese packaging floor, these positions include but not limited to making blocks, filling block, pushing blocks, closing and sealing blocks, and once trained putting blocks away in the cooler.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred. Food manufacturing, material handling and forklift operation experience preferred. Must be able to maintain a valid forklift operator license. Prior experience in the dairy or cheese industry is preferred. Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus. Knowledge of HACCP, GMP's, OSHA and loss control programs is highly desirable.
