Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor /Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3-5 years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Office
- Experience with VMware Virtualization solutions a plus
- Basic understanding of cyber security
- Working knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP network environment
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Proactive and positive work ethic with great customer skills

Duties:
- Providing technical assistance to end-users
- Clearly communicating how to best to resolve issues
- Researching, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues with hardware including laptops, printers, servers, and network equipment
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software applications and services on Microsoft operating systems
- Using HelpDesk application to prioritize work
- Deploying laptops and iPads in the office and field
- Owning project initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
