Perform duties within production operations, including material preparation, weighing, molding, finishing, and secondary machining operations

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to precarious places and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate requiring hearing protection in certain areas. 

Required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

PPE is provided by SEKISUI Aerospace based on the employee’s position and exposure.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Physical demands include lifting and moving material weighing 10-75 pounds (occasionally team lifting more than 75 pounds) 
  • Basic computer & software skills preferred.


Duties:
  • Assembly, Disassembly, and maintenance of molds and related equipment.
  • Computer operation and some machinery operation.
  • Inspection of in-process and finished products using hand measurement tools.
  • Test procedures as record.
  • Record keeping of inspection results as required.
  • Mandatory rotation through multiple roles throughout shift.

Location: Orange City, IA

Experience: One to three years related work experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Shift: Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, additional overtime hours as needed || Swing Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, additional overtime hours as needed || Night Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, additional overtime hours

Open: Tuesday September 1st

Close: Wednesday September 30th 2020
