This position is primarily responsible for performing activities related to the accurate processing of invoices, helping organize and maintain office common areas, managing supplies, assisting with inventory management, greeting and directing visitors, answering phones, implementing and following all quality assurance policies and procedures.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience as an office assistant, knowledge of computer systems, working knowledge of office equipment, office management procedures, excellent organizational skills, analytical abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS office, experience with quality assurance policies or desire / aptitude to learn.
