We are excited to be adding a new Financial Paraplanner to our team to support our financial planners through providing financial planning and investment support. As a proactive and process-oriented Financial Paraplanner, you will help with preparing financial plans, portfolio administration, and coordinating client services needs with our team members. Position highlights: - Prepare financial analyses, comprehensive financial projections, and financial plans for clients utilizing current software, calculations, and research - Provide excellent customer service to our clients through maintaining communication, responding to inquiries, and providing support for processing client service needs - Work closely with Advisors to prepare information/comparisons for analysis, develop portfolio/robust product solution recommendations, and prepare, analyze, and review high cash reports to determine action items - Develop new workflows and procedures to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience - Facilitate document collection, completion, and data entry for attorneys and clients - Track and report task status for various accounts to the team Key qualities you need: - 3+ years of relevant professional experience in the financial, accounting, banking, or related industry - An associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar field - Commitment and drive for professional growth and continuing education - Precise attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Motivation to continuously improve processes and tools - Demonstrated ability to work independently and anticipate and solve problems in fast-paced environment - A quick learner of financial planning software and other technologies We offer: - Competitive salary - Hybrid work model - Work-life balance - Health coverage - Life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance - Retirement plan with employer match - Professional development and genuine career path into financial planning – this position could lead to becoming a financial advisor!
