Accountable for day-to-day operations of the branch and in assisting Senior Management with managerial and administrative functions. Actively invest time and concentration in business development in the local Sheldon and regional communities. Set and pursue goals that lead toward the appropriate growth of the credit union in effort to better provide members with that which helps them be successful in their financial lives. Maintains communication between staff and Senior Management. Provides support, guidance, and training to branch staff.
Primary focus is to be on the following: · Business development and credit union promotion in the membership counties. · Loan generation to include consumer and mortgage loans, and some indirect lending. · Develop and grow credit union membership along with branch deposit accounts. · Development, organization, build-up, and management of the branch staff. Education Requirement(s): College Graduate with demonstrated training in finance, accounting, or business related field. Plus additional certifications and licensure as necessary. Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 years supervisor/manager experience or equivalent. Ample, well-rounded experience in the financial industry commensurate with a stable career path.
