Brainstorm ideas to attract visitors to your business and increase your customer base through the "Five Steps of Excellent Customer Service."
The workshop will be taught by ISU Extension and Outreach Community Development Specialist Jane Nolan Goeken and Tourism Specialist Diane Van Wyngarden.
Registration fee of $10 per person with a $25 maximum per business or organization. (Businesses who send 3 ore more people will pay only $25.)
